FAQs
Do you have payment plans?
Yes, we provide two options. 1 Full payment for $2850 or 3 payments for $1050.
What is the refund /cancellation policy?
This program is non-refundable. We do however request that you cancel at least 24 hours before a scheduled session. This gives us the opportunity to fill the slot. You may reschedule for another session online, however, we do not offer refunds. Rescheduled sessions must be applied within 30 days.
What is the time commitment per week?
Expect to dedicate 1.5 hours per month to achieve the optimal desired outcome by reviewing milestones and additional program updates (as needed).
Do I get support, community, or access to you?
Yes, the program has dedicated calendar availability weekly for our clients. Our Service Level Agreement (SLA) provides 30 days of support of answering online questions.
Do I get access to the course material, post program dates?
The client portal will contain all of your deliverables/documents and is accessible post project.
